Food is always great, service hasn't been excellent the last two visits.

Most Mexican restaurants are all the same in the Louisville area and this one does not disappoint in that aspect. The food came out quick and the service was fast and friendly.

Perfect place. Great service. Handsomely. Reasoning at a distance of two tables. Recommend. Nearby there is a Russian grocery store

Salsa is excellent, wait staff is super quick and friendly. Beer is cold and cheap. Margaritas are stiff and tasty.

If you want great Mexican food this is the place to find it. I have eaten here several times on trips to Louisville, KY and never had a bad meal.

They have the best Margaritas! and their food is pretty good too.

Some of the best for the price Mexican cuisine in town. Hands down. Their fajitas are amazing. Don't forget to grab a pitcher of margaritas!

Puerto Valarta consistently delivers fast, friendly service and delicious food at an incredible value. They have a great lunch menu too. I recommend anyone to stop by for a great meal.

The best Mexican restaurant in the city. Food comes out lightning fast and is delicious!!! Staff are respectful and nice, and the atmosphere is brilliant. This is a family favorite.

Definitely in my top favorite Tex Mex places here in Louisville. I personally love the chicken fajitas. Also, their sala is the best. They are always on point with service and if any mistake has ever been made they've always been apologetic and prompt to fix it. They are worth checking out!

Nothing fancy, good solid Mexican food.

This place is so good and staff is fast and the food is amazing!

We always order our favorites every time. My husband gets the Is Special and I always get the Steak burrito dinner. It took less than 5 minutes to get our food this time and it was pipping hot!!!

This is my third time visiting this place. Every time my food lacked taste. It was always bland. The beans are terrible, and same with the sauce. The food was greasy. The rice was good and so was their salsa. And, i became ill after every visit. I believe in giving a place a chance but i will not go back. It looks great on the inside, menu also is nice. But my server each time was rude. This third time was the worst. I do not recommend. I gave it 2 stars just for the ambiance and rice.

First time there. Delicious chips and salsa. We ordered tacos and found out it was Taco Tuesday and all tacos were only one dollar each! We will be going back soon! Oh, and excellent service too!!

Nothing else inside .theres cold beans and hot lettuce SLICED tomato so I can slice myself and where in the world IS MY ACACADO??? Limes ???I ordered guac dip .they wouldn't add chips AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THAT AND SALSA. NO MORE FREE SALSA AND CHIPS ???? WELL THATS NOT ALL ..i also ordered a steak burrito with jalapenos . she ate hers and it too was cold GROSS . I called to speak to manager there wasn't one I was told ..ok person in charge ? No one is responsible for wasting my money I didn't touch any of it

We were looking for something different and we found it here. Food was so fresh and absolutely delicious! Service was outstanding. Prices are way better and portions are huge. Definitely coming back. Best Mexican cuisine I've had in Louisville.

Best Mexican food in town, by far best and most delicious tamales. Tamales are generously filled with deliciously seasoned pork meat. Excellent for all tastes. Not spicy hot, comes with homemade hot sauce, if you like hotter you can request a hotter sauce. You get 3 huge tamales per order. Superior dine in or take out service.

My family and I have been eating at this restaurant for years and have never been disappointed! Food comes out so fast and is always so delicious. Servers are always polite and friendly and check in on our table frequently/ the perfect amount. Personally would pick this place any day over El Nopal.

We had a great server and food came out fast. I was not impressed with the food unfortunately. I ordered the Shrimp Fajita Quesadilla and found it to be very bland and overloaded with barely cooked green peppers.

Today 10/13/19 my wife and I went from having a good experience to having a terrifying experience. It's about 5.30pm, a man in a blue shirt, I guess maybe he was the manager proceed to set up about four tables and 10+ chairs in the middle of the restaurant area between the bar and the bathroom. We couldn't get out of our booth without asking one of the people seated there to get up and the same was the case for the people in the booth on the other side. People coming from the bar could not exit through that way, they had to go around. It was clearly a fire hazard. God forbid had there been a emergency. Our waiter could not even stand square in front of us;he had to stand to the side and anytime he or anyone else passed by us or the bothe on the other side their rear-end touched our table! This is a resturaunt where we were having an extended celebration of our wedding anniversary. Because of this, you ruined it. TACO BELL WOULDVE BEEN A BETTER CHOICE. Very poor managerial choice.

I ordered Puerto Vallarta nachos, and I get nacho soup. There was so much water in my food the chips we're all soggy and I had to pour out the water to even try to eat it. Not very happy. Usually this is a great place. I lost my appetite.

You better not leave your to go box there for a second. We came back in less then three minutes and they already threw it away. Never apologized or offered anything instead. Poor service.

My favorite place to get a margarita. The food is really good. I love that you don't get monster sized portions. I don't like to take home leftovers. The prices are very reasonable.
